REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE: The career length of most real estate agents is incredibly short-lived. According to the National Association of Realtors, 75% of new agents fail within their first year. Pat, on the other hand, has been practicing for nearly eight years. He has listed 22 properties (100% of which sold), represented another 22 buyers in the purchase of a property, and handled over $10.8-million in sale sides. Pat has also represented clients in sales with accepted offers of at least $500,000 on four occasions, at least $400,000 on seven occasions, and represented clients in the sale of four waterfront properties. Pat idled the business in 2022 & 2023 while tending to the demands of young children at home. Now that the kids are school-aged, Pat is back at it in a full-time capacity.

U.S. NAVY VETERAN: Pat is a 22-year Navy veteran. He has deployed overseas six times in defense of our Nation to include Iraq (Joint Base Balad), Afghanistan (HQ ISAF, Kabul), Arabian Gulf (USS DETROIT AOE-4), Western Pacific Ocean (USS VANDEGRIFT FFG-48), and the 2014 Syrian chemical weapons mission (MV CAPE RAY T-AKR-9679). A Surface Warfare Officer (ship-driver), he has carried out active-duty and reserve assignments around the globe. Pat retired from the service in late 2023.

EDUCATION: Pat is a 2001 graduate of Michigan State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication-Information Technologies and Services Management, and a certificate in General Business. He is an alumnus of Northville High School (Detroit suburbs), and also attended Geneva High School (Chicago) as a freshman, and Parkway North High School (St. Louis) as a sophomore.

FAMILY: Pat and his wife, Karen, have a five-year old son, Leo, and a three-year old daughter, Lainey. The Armstrong’s make their home in Oshkosh and also frequent their seasonal cottage on the Waupaca Chain O’ Lakes.

GIVING BACK: Armstrong Realty routinely provides financial support to local causes. Further, Pat is a regular blood donor (i.e. 6-times a year). He has surpassed three gallons with both Community Blood Center and American Red Cross. When also factoring Armed Forces Blood Service, LifeSource Blood Center of Chicago, and the Afghanistan National Blood Service, Pat has made more than 75 lifetime donations.
